Where we ship We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates & delivery times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are:

• North Island: 2–4 business days
• South Island: 3–6 business days

Perishable items Some products, such as food and plants, are perishable in nature. We take care to package these items safely, however we recommend being available to receive your delivery promptly.

Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
